1. Eligibility
Kas & Maza sells and delivers alcoholic beverages exclusively to adults aged 21 years or older, residing in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. By using this website, you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 21 years of age, (b) you are not a Muslim citizen of Jordan to whom sale of alcohol is restricted under Jordanian law, and (c) you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
2. Age & Identity Verification
A valid Jordanian National ID, residency card, or passport must be presented to the driver at the time of delivery. The driver is required to refuse the order and return the goods if (i) the recipient appears intoxicated, (ii) the recipient is unable or unwilling to present valid government ID confirming age of 21+, or (iii) the recipient is a minor. In such cases a JOD 5 restocking and travel fee may be charged.
3. Licensing
Kas & Maza operates under a retail off-license issued by the relevant Jordanian authorities. All products are sourced from licensed importers and warehoused in compliance with the Spirits Law No. 17 of 2005. We do not deliver to any restricted area, government building, religious site, or educational facility.
4. Orders & Pricing
All prices are quoted in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and are inclusive of applicable Sales Tax (16% GST) and Special Tax on alcoholic beverages. Prices may change without notice; the price displayed at checkout is the binding price. Kas & Maza reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
5. Payment
Payment is collected exclusively on delivery (Pay-on-Delivery) in one of two methods: cash in Jordanian Dinar, or card (Visa / Mastercard) tapped or inserted on the driver's mobile terminal. We do not collect any pre-payment and we do not store card data.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Jordanian law, Kas & Maza's total liability under any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order. We disclaim liability for any misuse of products following delivery, including but not limited to driving under the influence, supply to minors, or any violation of public order.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman.
