Kas & Maza respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
1. Data we collect
- Identity data: full name, date of birth, national ID number (verified at delivery only).
- Contact data: phone number, delivery address, email if you create an account.
- Order data: items purchased, amounts, payment method, delivery location coordinates.
- Device data: IP address, browser type, anonymous analytics.
2. Legal basis & purpose
We process your data to (a) fulfil your order, (b) comply with our regulatory obligations to verify age and licensed sale of alcohol, (c) prevent fraud, (d) improve our service, and (e) communicate with you about your order. Marketing communications require your explicit opt-in.
3. Sharing
We share only the minimum data necessary with: our delivery drivers (name, phone, address), our payment processor (transaction amount on card payments — no card data is stored by us), and Jordanian regulatory authorities upon lawful request.
4. Retention
Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with Jordanian tax and commercial law. National ID details are not stored — drivers verify ID visually and do not photograph it.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to privacy@thereserve.jo. We will respond within 30 days as required by Law No. 24/2023.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for session, cart, age-verification, and language preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
