Due to the regulated nature of alcoholic beverages under Jordanian law, returns and exchanges are limited. Please inspect your order in the presence of the driver before payment.
1. Refusal at the door (Pay-on-Delivery)
You may refuse all or part of the order at the doorstep before paying. No charge applies to refused items. A JOD 5 travel fee may apply if you refuse the entire order without legitimate reason.
2. Damaged or incorrect items
If a bottle arrives broken, sealed incorrectly, or differs from what you ordered, refuse the item at the door or contact us within 2 hours of delivery on +962 7 9000 0000. We will replace the item on our next delivery run, or issue a full refund of that item to your original payment method within 7 business days.
3. No returns after acceptance
Once payment has been made and the order accepted, sealed bottles may not be returned for change of mind, in line with Jordanian regulations on alcoholic beverages. Opened bottles cannot be returned under any circumstance.
4. Refund processing
Cash refunds are paid by the driver on the next delivery or by bank transfer (CliQ) within 3 business days. Card refunds are returned to the same card within 7–14 business days depending on the issuing bank.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a pending order free of charge before it leaves our warehouse. Once a driver is dispatched, cancellation may incur a JOD 5 dispatch fee.
